CityHub is an advertising and listing platform that helps visitors discover independent providers. Visitors may browse public listings and use available contact buttons. CityHub does not guarantee the availability, conduct, pricing, or services of any independent provider.

Provider Accounts

Providers are responsible for submitting accurate profile information, keeping contact details current, and following all applicable laws and platform rules. Buying credits does not automatically make a provider visible in public listings. Public visibility requires admin approval and an active listing period.

Credits and Listing Visibility

Provider credits may be used for listing visibility according to the active pricing and package rules set by the admin. Credits are deducted when a provider confirms an eligible listing package. Expired listings are automatically hidden from public listing areas.

Admin Approval

CityHub may approve, reject, pause, or remove provider listings when necessary to maintain platform quality, safety, compliance, or accuracy. Providers are not guaranteed placement or visibility unless the listing is approved and active.

User Responsibility

Visitors are responsible for their own communication and decisions when contacting providers. CityHub recommends reviewing listing details carefully and using common sense before making any arrangement.

Content and Restrictions

Users and providers must not submit false, harmful, illegal, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized content. CityHub may remove content that violates these terms or affects the integrity of the platform.
